Gooding is a relationship oriented leader who brings over 2 decades of experience within corporate meetings, event technology, and production with roles in nearly every facet of our industry. She adds a strategic lens to a client’s business, designing meetings from the inside out. “Meetings are intended to move people to action–so it’s our job to create content that inspires and motivates audiences,” Gooding said.She is thrilled to be doing what she really loves, working collaboratively at all levels of an organization to provide innovative solutions and having the Vario team take on the finite event details so her clients are free to focus on the big picture of their events. In addition to her meetings expertise, she also brings deep familiarity with experiential marketing, account management, advertising and broadcast journalism.
